1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and td99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the td99 online casino and sports betting services available at td99.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account with td99, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on our platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during the suspension period may be withheld until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of td99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. td99 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any specific location. Players accessing td99 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a td99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If td99 identifies that a single person holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that individual will be merged, restricted, or permanently closed, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate account may be forfeited.

3. Account Obligations and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your td99 account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as having been carried out by you and will be your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify td99 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. td99 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to report a breach promptly.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your td99 account is accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from re-registering on the platform.

3.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your td99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations or pending investigations exist. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Depositing funds belonging to another person, or depositing proceeds of crime, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits issued by td99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across the td99 platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Players found to have abused promotions will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension.

5.5 Promotion Changes and Cancellation

td99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have already been issued to players, td99 will honour wagering requirements for bonuses already credited, provided the promotion was cancelled in good faith and not as a result of player abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the td99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from future registration, in addition to any civil or criminal remedies available to td99.

• Registering as a minor or misrepresenting your age for any purpose
• Creating more than one td99 account per individual
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with or manipulate the td99 platform or any game outcome
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or misconfiguration to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet
• Using another person's payment method or bank account for deposits or withdrawals without their explicit authorisation
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting in relation to any sports market offered on td99
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise reproduce any part of the td99 platform without prior written authorisation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing td99 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another individual during KYC verification

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

td99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its services at all times. 8.6 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.7 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or features of the td99 platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and td99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
